Which oven does F3E0 mean?

The upper one. With F3E0, KitchenAid is pointing at the sensor that watches that cavity’s temperature, at the control, or at the wiring joining them.

KitchenAid names them without putting them in order of likelihood.

What the sensor does

As a general idea, a sensor like this is a little probe sitting in the cavity. The control listens to it for the current heat level and cycles the heating to stay at your chosen setting. Without a clean reading it cannot do that, so a code appears.

The reset in the article

1. Turn off the oven’s circuit breaker.
2. Count a whole minute.
3. Turn the breaker on.
4. Remain close to the oven for one more minute and see if F3E0 comes up again.
5. Verify that the oven behaves normally.

KitchenAid lists no other owner step and gives no instruction on examining the sensor, which is why the inside of the cavity is best left alone.

Code repeats after the reset

A repeat means the power cycle did not clear the fault, and KitchenAid sends you on to service. Testing the sensor and its connections is how a technician finds which of the three is responsible.
